Presiden RI Buka Gerakan Tanam Padi Serentak di 14 Provinsi, Tangerang Jadi Titik Sentral Di Banten

TANGERANG,- Presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto secara virtual membuka Gerakan Tanam Padi Serentak di 14 provinsi sebagai langkah strategis memperkuat ketahanan pangan nasional.
Desa Rancalabuh, Kecamatan Kemiri Kabupaten Tangerang menjadi salah satu titik sentral kegiatan tanam serentak Provinsi Banten, Rabu, (23/5/25)
Bupati Tangerang, Moch. Maesyal Rasyid, dalam keterangannya mengatakan bahwa penanaman pagi di Kabupaten Tangerang berjalan lancar dan didukung penuh oleh masyarakat.
“Hari ini, kegiatan tanam padi di Kecamatan Kemiri berjalan baik. Saya mendampingi, Pak Gubernur, Pak Kapolda, Wakajati, Kapolres, Danramil secara simbolis memulai tanam pagi dilanjutkan para petani. Kami berharap empat bulan ke depan panennya berhasil,” kata Bupati Maesyal Rasyid
Ia mengungkapkan bahwa rata-rata produktivitas gabah di wilayah Kab. Tangerang bisa mencapai sekitar 7 ton perhektar. Pemkab Tangerang bersama Provinsi Banten juga terus memastikan dukungan dan bantuan kepada para petani seperti kelancaran distribusi pupuk, alat pertanian dan obat pengendali hama.
“Ini pencapaian yang sangat baik. Pemerintah daerah bersama Pemprov Banten terus memastikan distribusi pupuk, alat pertanian, dan pengendalian hama berjalan optimal,” tandasnya.
Pihaknya juga terus bersinergi dan berkoordinasi dengan Bulog untuk penyerapan hasil panen para petani dengan harga yang kompetitif.
“Harga gabah sudah mencapai Rp6.500 perkilogram. Ini tentu saja disambut positif para petani karena dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka,” ujarnya.
Sementara Gubernur Banten, Andra Soni, menyampaikan bahwa Provinsi Banten menargetkan luas tanam di wikayah Banten sekitar 38.000 hektar pada April 2025.
“Target produksi gabah tahun ini sebesar 2,8 juta ton, atau setara 1,8 juta ton beras. Ini kami dorong dengan intensifikasi lahan, modernisasi alat, serta perbaikan irigasi,” jelas Andra Soni.
Andra menambahkan bahwa optimalisasi lahan di wilayah selatan Banten menjadi salah satu kunci peningkatan produksi. Pihaknya juga akan terus memperkuat kerjasama dan kolaborasi dengan seluruh jajaran Forkopimda dan berbagai pihak lainnya untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Banten
“Kami didukung Forkopimda dan terus memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor. Dengan semangat gotong royong, Banten siap meningkatkan kontribusi dalam ketahanan pangan nasional,” tutupnya.
Presiden RI, Prabowo Subianto, yang hadiri terhubung secara virtual di Banyuasin Sumsel, menyampaikan pentingnya transformasi teknologi dan efisiensi dalam sektor pertanian untuk meningkatkan produktifitas.
“Dulu menanam satu hektar padi butuh 25 hari. Sekarang, berkat mekanisasi teknologi, 25 hektar bisa ditanam dalam sehari. Ini lompatan besar,” ujarnya.
Prabowo menegaskan bahwa Indonesia kini memiliki peluang besar untuk memimpin revolusi hijau dunia. Untuk itu, ketahanan pangan sebagai salah satu merupakan pondasi utama stabilitas nasional harus terus ditingkatkan
“Indonesia tak hanya mampu swasembada, tetapi juga menjadi lumbung pangan dunia. Kita bisa membantu negara-negara lain. Ini kebanggaan sekaligus tanggung jawab,” tegasnya.
Ia juga menekankan bahwa selama kita mampu memproduksi pangan, kita tidak perlu takut dengan fluktuasi ekonomi global. Yang penting sekarang adalah pemerataan kekayaan agar dirasakan seluruh rakyat. (Protokol Pimpinan Setda Kab. Tangerang)
