Tahun 2021 Angka Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tangerang Kembali Naik

Kabupaten Tangerang | Di tahun 2021 jumlah angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tangerang naik menjadi 7,12 persen dari tahun lalu sebesar 6,23 persen.
Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Tangerang Husin Maulana mengatakan, berdasarkan survei sosial ekonomi nasional (susenas) oleh BPS pada Maret 2021, angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tangerang naik menjadi 7,12 persen atau setara dengan 272 ribu jumlah penduduk miskin.

“Dari hasil susenas sudah keluar hasilnya di Kabupaten Tangerang itu (angka kemiskinan) naik 7,12 persen atau naik 0,89 persen dibanding tahun 2020,” kata Husin kepada wartawan, Kamis 2 Desember 2021
Ia menjelaskan, data tersebut merupakan hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh BPS secara makro dan dihitung dari jumlah garis kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tangerang sebesar Rp545.065 perkapita perbulan.
“Jika dalam satu rumah tangga nilai konsumsi atau nilai uangnya dibawah garis kemiskinan maka kita kategorikan mereka miskin,” terangnya
Dikatakan Husin, naiknya angka kemiskinan ini juga terjadi di daerah lainnya di provinsi Banten. Wabah Covid-19 dianggap menjadi penyebab jumlah warga miskin bertambah.

“Di tahun 2021 ini dampak Covid-19 memang mulai kerasa yah. Banyaknya PHK juga membuat warga miskin bertambah,” imbuhnya
Kendati demikian, dari data yang dimiliki oleh BPS Kabupaten Tangerang angka kemiskinan paling tinggi terjadi di daerah Pandeglang sebesar 10,72 persen dan wilayah Lebak 10,29 persen.
“Ketiga baru Kabupaten Tangerang 7,12 persen dan kabupaten Serang 5,49 persen,” tukasnya
