TANGERANG,- Untuk memudahkan pelayanan masyarakat, Kecamatan Kelapa Dua melakukan soft launching inovasi pelayanan publik bertajuk Pedas Dikit (Pelayanan Dasar Digitalisasi Kecamatan Kelapa Dua Terintegrasi). Platform layanan digital ini hadir sebagai solusi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan administrasi kependudukan, khususnya pengurusan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) dan Kartu Keluarga (KK) secara lebih cepat, efisien, dan transparan.
Diketahui Kecamatan Kelapa Dua merupakan salah satu kecamatan dengan tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi di Kabupaten Tangerang. Wilayah ini terdiri dari 5 Kelurahan dan 1 Desa dikenal sebagai kawasan penyangga perkotaan yang berkembang pesat dengan karakter masyarakat yang heterogen, terdiri dari pekerja sektor industri, jasa, perdagangan, serta masyarakat perumahan dan permukiman padat penduduk.
Dalam penyampaiannya Camat Kelapa Dua Dadang Sudrajat menjelaskan dengan jumlah penduduk yang didominasi oleh usia produktif dan keluarga muda, kebutuhan akan layanan administrasi kependudukan yang cepat dan mudah menjadi sangat penting. Aktivitas masyarakat Kelapa Dua yang dinamis, mobilitas tinggi, serta kebiasaan menggunakan perangkat digital seperti ponsel pintar dan aplikasi daring menjadi latar belakang utama lahirnya inovasi Pedas Dikit.
“Pedas Dikit dirancang sebagai layanan digital terintegrasi yang memungkinkan masyarakat mengajukan permohonan administrasi kependudukan tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor kecamatan, mengurangi antrean, serta meminimalkan waktu dan biaya pelayanan. Namun tanpa menghilangkan eksistensi aplikasi SIAK, Krn aplikasi PEDAS DIKIT merupakan pendukung” Ungkapnya, Selasa (30/12/25).
Menurutnya Inovasi ini sebagai fungsi kecamatan dalam garda terdepan dalam pekayanan dasar di masyarakat. Pihaknya berharap nantinya dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital pemerintahan di tingkat kecamatan.
Sementara itu Sekretaris Camat Kelapa Dua, Dwi Chandra Budiman Sebagai *Penggagas/inisiator* menyampaikan bahwa inovasi ini merupakan bentuk komitmen kecamatan dan menjadi implementasi program unggulan PRIMA dalam menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.
“Bismillah semoga inovasi Pedas Dikit yang akan kami hadirkan sebagai jawaban atas kebutuhan masyarakat Kelapa Dua yang menginginkan pelayanan administrasi yang praktis, cepat, dan mudah diakses. Dengan sistem digital terintegrasi ini, kami menghadirkan 15 layanan terverifikasi, berharap masyarakat tidak lagi terbebani oleh proses yang panjang dan berulang,” ujar DCB.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa soft launching ini menjadi tahap awal untuk penyempurnaan layanan berdasarkan masukan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Selain itu jam operasional aplikasi ini baru bisa di pergunakan jam 11.00 WIB s.d jam 13.00 WIB serta masyarakat bisa mendownload di App Store.
“Kami membuka ruang evaluasi dan masukan dari warga agar ke depan Pedas Dikit benar-benar menjadi layanan yang bermanfaat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat Kelapa Dua,” tambahnya.
Salah satu warga kecamatan kelapa Dua, Eva juga berharap inovasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan serta dikembangkan untuk layanan administrasi lainnya.
“Semoga ke depan layanan digital seperti ini bisa diperluas, karena sangat membantu masyarakat yang aktivitasnya padat,” ujarnya.
