Tangerang, Focustangerang.com – Ketua Himpunan mahasiswa tangerang Banten Raya (Himata BTR), Faturrahman, turut menanggapi aksi unjuk rasa buruh yang menerobos masuk ke Pendopo Kantor Gubernur Banten hingga menduduki singgasana Wahidin Halim (WH), di Kawasan Pusat Pemerintah Provinsi Banten (KP3B), Kota Serang beberapa waktu lalu.
Fatur menilai, konflik dalam ruang Demokrasi antara pemimpin dan rakyat itu merupakan kodrat yang tak bisa dihindari dan akan selalu ada.

Namun, peristiwa unjuk rasa (UNRAS) buruh baru-baru ini menunjukan kegagalan Gubernur Banten dan timnya dalam membangun komunikasi yang baik terhadap warga. Khususnya, elemen buruh yang telah melakukan aksi Unras berjilid-jilid di beberapa bulan terakhir dalam memperjuangkan kenaikan UMK 2022.
“Hal ini karena ketidakmampuan Gubernur banten dalam membangun komunikasi. Seharusnya Gubernur mampu membangun komunikasi kesemua komunitas masyarakat termasuk buruh. Ini kegagalan Gubernur dan harus di perbaiki,” kata Fatur dalam keterangan tertulis yang diterima wartawan, Selasa 28 Desember 2021.

Sementara, Tedi Agus selaku Kepala Departemen Penelitian dan Pengembangan Himata BTR menambahkan, sikap Gubernur Banten hari ini menunjukkan kegagalan demokrasi di tanah Banten. Menurut dia, aksi buruh yang berjilid-jilid menandakan masih belum ada itikad baik dari pemerintah Provinsi.
Masih menurut Tedi, WH-Andika harus banyak belajar. Seharusnya disisa masa jabatan mereka bisa memberikan kesan yang baik dan pro terhadap gerakan Rakyat.

“Bukan malah menujukan arogansi kepentingan dan mengkriminalisasi gerakan Rakyat. Gubernur Banten harus banyak belajar kepada pemimpin daerah lain yang bisa nyambung dan mau menemui serta membuka ruang komunikasi ketika menghadapi aksi unjuk rasa buruh,” pungkasnya.
