23 Warga Binaan Rutan Kelas I Tangerang Dapat Remisi Khusus di Hari Natal

Kabupaten Tangerang, Focustangerang.com – Sebanyak 23 warga binaan di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Kelas I Tangerang, Jambe, Kabupaten Tangerang, mendapatkan remisi pada perayaan Natal tahun 2021.
Pemberian remisi bagi warga binaan beragama nasrani itu dilakukan secara virtual dan serentak oleh kantor wilayah Kemenkumham Banten, pada Sabtu, 25 Desember 2021.
“Warga binaan yang mendapatkan remisi di Natal tahun 2021 ini sebanyak 23 orang. Adapun besaran remisinya itu dari 15 hari sampai 1 bulan 15 hari,” kata Kepala Rutan Kelas I Tangerang Akhmad Zaenal Fikri melalui Kepala Seksi Pelayanan dan Tahanan Hilman Himawan usai pemberian remisi.

Adapun 23 warga binaan yang mendapat remisi khusus di hari raya Natal tersebut yakni 6 orang mendapat remisi 15 hari, 15 orang mendapatkan remisi 1 bulan, dan 2 orang mendapat remisi 1 bulan 15 hari.
“Tidak ada remisi bebas jadi mereka (warga binaan) hanya mendapat pengurangan pidana saja,” imbuhnya.
Ia melanjutkan, para warga binaan yang mendapat remisi adalah narapidana yang telah memenuhi persyaratan substantif dan administratif.

Diantaranya, sambung Hilman, telah menjalani masa pidana minimal 6 bulan serta berkelakuan baik atau tidak terdaftar dalam catatan pelanggaran disiplin selama menjalani masa hukuman.
“Kasusnya mulai dari pidum sampai narkoba dan mereka yang mendapat remisi itu yang memenuhi syarat. Sudah menjalani hukuman minimal 6 bulan dan berkelakuan baik di dalam (Rutan),” jelasnya.

Dia menambahkan, saat ini jumlah warga binaan di Rutan Kelas I Tangerang per tanggal 25 Desember 2021 sebanyak 1.151 orang. Sementara, yang beragama Nasrani ada 53 orang.
“Dari 53 warga binaan yang beragama nasrani yang memenuhi syarat mendapatkan remisi itu 23 orang,” tukasnya
