Kabupaten Tangerang | Personel Unit Reskrim Polsek Cisoka Polresta Tangerang Polda Banten membongkar sindikat prostitusi online melalui aplikasi Michat di Desa Sumur Bandung, Kecamatan Jayanti, Kabupaten Tangerang.
Dari pengungkapan kasus itu, polisi mengamankan 2 orang tersangka yakni DR seorang pria berusia 19 tahun yang berperan menawarkan perempuan kepada lelaki hidung belang. Kemudian DD berusia 50 tahun yang berperan sebagai mucikari dan yang menyediakan tempat atau kamar serta alat kontrasepsi. Transaksi ini dikenal dengan istilah ‘Open BO’.

Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro saat konferensi pers di Mapolsek Cisoka, Jumat (17/9/2021), menerangkan, awalnya petugas mendapatkan informasi bahwa salah satu rumah di Desa Sumur Bandung kerap dijadikan lokasi prostitusi.
“Kemudian Polsek Cisoka melakukan penyelidikan dan dari hasil penyelidikan dilakukan penindakan dengan melakukan penggerebekan ke rumah tersebut, pada Selasa, 31 Agustus 2021 tengah malam,” kata Wahyu.
Dari penggerebekan itu, polisi mendapati 2 orang perempuan berinisial SM berusia 20 tahun dan SL berusia 19 tahun. Kedua perempuan tersebut diduga merupakan perempuan yang ditawarkan tersangka DR ke lelaki hidung belang.
Petugas kemudian melakukan pemeriksaan. Dari keterangan para tersangka dan saksi-saksi, diketahui modus operandi prostitusi itu menggunakan aplikasi Michat.

Tersangka DR menawarkan perempuan kepada lelaki hidung belang. Kemudian ketika harga sudah disepakati, DR pula yang menjemput perempuan untuk dibawa ke rumah tersangka DS yang dijadikan lokasi prostitusi. Menurut keterangan tersangka dan saksi, setiap transaksi berkisar antara Rp. 250 ribu hingga Rp. 500 ribu.
“Tersangka DR mendapatkan Rp. 30 ribu untuk setiap transaksi dan tersangka DD mendapatkan Rp. 70 ribu. Tersangka DD pula yang menyiapkan alat kontrasepsi,” terang Wahyu.

Saat ini, kasus itu sedang dalam penyelidikan mendalam. Polisi mengamankan barang bukti berupa kondom, 2 unit telepon genggam, dan uang tunai diduga hasil transaksi prostitusi.
Para tersangka dijerat Pasal 296 KUHP dan 506 KUHP atau Pasal 45 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang ITE.l dengan ancaman hukuman 6 tahun penjara.
