Kabupaten Tangerang – Rajeg | Personel Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polresta Tangerang Polda Banten membongkar praktik pemalsuan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian (SKCK) di wilayah Kecamatan Rajeg, Kabupaten Tangerang.

Dari ungkap kasus itu, polisi mengamankan seorang pria berinisial AD (36) yang tinggal di Kampung Daon, Desa Daon, Kecamatan Rajeg. AD kini sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
“Berawal dari informasi masyarakat, bahwa di Desa Daon, Kecamatan Rajeg, terdapat seseorang yang memiliki usaha warnet, namun demikian menerima untuk membuat dokumen SKCK,” kata Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Wahyu Sri Bintoro saat konferensi pers di Gedung Presisi Polresta Tangerang, Senin (18/10/2021).

Wahyu menambahkan, selain menerima jasa pengubahan atau penyuntingan dokumen SKCK, tersangka AD juga menerima jasa manipulasi dokumen resmi lain yang dikeluarkan oleh instansi pemerintah.
“Tersangka menggunakan perangkat lunak untuk mengubah nama, tanggal, foto dan keperluannya,” tambah Wahyu.
Kepada penyidik, tersangka mengaku sebagai pemilik usaha warnet dan sudah setahun menjalankan aksinya. Aksi itu pun terungkap setelah tim dari Satreskrim Polresta Tangerang yang dipimpin Kasubnit Tipidter Ipda Prasetya Bima Praelja menindaklanjuti informasi masyarakat.
Dari pengungkapan kasus itu, polisi mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 unit perangkat komputer berikut printer dan 3 lembar dokumen SKCK keluaran Polsek Rajeg yang diduga hasil manipulasi.
“Terhadap tersangka kami kenakan Pasal 263 ayat (1) KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 6 tahun penjara,” tandas Wahyu.
