Kabupaten Tangerang Raih Predikat Kabupaten Sangat Inovatif IGA 2024

TANGERANG, – Kabupaten Tangerang berhasil meraih penghargaan sebagai Kabupaten Sangat Inovatif dalam ajang Innovative Government Award (IGA) 2024 yang digelar Badan Strategi Kebijakan Dalam Negeri (BSKDN) dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) Republik Indonesia.
Penghargaan tersebut diterima oleh Kepala Bidang Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah pada Bappeda Kabupaten Tangerang, Upit Kurniasih, pada puncak penganugerahan IGA 2024 di Hotel Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama, Kamis (5/12/2024).
“Alhamdulillah, Kabupaten Tangerang dapat mempertahankan predikat ‘Kabupaten Sangat Inovatif’ dengan skor indeks 63,15 pada acara Innovative Government Award (IGA) 2024 yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendagri,” ujar Upit Kurniasih.
Upit mengatakan skor indeks tersebut mengalami peningkatan. Sebelumnya, pada tahun 2023 skor indeks Kabupaten Tangerang yaitu 61,49 (Sangat Inovatif), dan pada tahun 2024 meningkat menjadi 63,15. Penghargaan tersebut diraih bersama dengan 69 kabupaten lainnya yang turut menerima predikat Kabupaten Sangat Inovatif.
Diketahui, Innovative Government Award ini merupakan agenda tahunan dari Kemendagri kepada Pemerintah Daerah atas semangat dan keberhasilannya melakukan inovasi di bidang peningkatan layanan publik, tata kelola pemerintahan dan pembangunan.
“Penghargaan ini diberikan berdasar pada akumulasi jumlah dan kualitas inovasi perangkat daerah yang dilaporkan kepada Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia, melalui aplikasi penilaian Indeks Inovasi Daerah (IID),” jelasnya.
Ajang inovasi daerah ini juga bertujuan untuk mempercepat terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan pelayanan publik, pemberdayaan dan peran serta masyarakat dan peningkatan daya saing daerah.
Dalam kegiatan yang diselenggarakan selama dua hari tersebut, Dinas Perumahan, Pemukiman dan Pemakaman (DPPP) yang diwakili UPTD PALD (Pengelola Air Limbah Domaestik), Kecamatan Kelapa Dua dan Puskesmas Jalan Emas turut serta sebagai peserta pameran inovasi mewakili Provinsi Banten.
Melalui ajang ini, Upit berharap ke depannya inovasi daerah yang dimiliki Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang dapat bermanfaat dan berdampak positif terhadap masyarakat dan pembangunan daerah, baik dari segi sosial, ekonomi maupun lingkungan.
