Wabup Tangerang Berikan Bantuan Sarana Produksi Jahe Merah & Kunyit

TANGERANG,- Wakil Bupati Tangerang, Intan Nurul Hikmah, menyerahkan bantuan sarana produksi pertanian untuk budidaya jahe merah dan kunyit di Desa Sodong, Kecamatan Tigaraksa, Kabupaten Tangerang, Kamis (13/3/2025).
Bantuan ini diberikan kepada 19 kelompok tani dan meliputi bibit jahe merah dan kunyit, pupuk, gerobak, pestisida, serta alat-alat pertanian lainnya.
Intan Nurul Hikmah mengatakan bahwa jahe merah dan kunyit merupakan tanaman herbal yang memiliki banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan.
“Dengan adanya program budidaya tanaman herbal ini, para petani di Kabupaten Tangerang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan taraf ekonomi dan menjadi lebih sejahtera,” kata Intan Nurul Hikmah
Selain itu, Kepala Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Tangerang, Asep Jatnika, menambahkan bahwa program budidaya jahe merah dan kunyit ini akan dilaksanakan di 10 kecamatan dan beberapa desa akan digalakkan untuk menjadi desa herbal.
“Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan pertanian di Kabupaten Tangerang dapat meningkat dan ekonomi para petani menjadi lebih baik,” ujar Kadis Pertanian
