Seorang Wakil Rakyat dari DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang Dipolisikan Atas Dugaan Kasus KDRT

Kabupaten Tangerang – Dilaporkan oleh sang istri atas dugaan kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) salah seorang wakil rakyat dari DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang kini harus berurusan dengan polisi.
Oknum anggota dewan berinisial RGS tersebut kini sudah menyandang status tersangka dan sedang menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut oleh penyidik Satreskrim Polresta Tangerang.

“Statusnya RGS sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh penyidik Satreskrim Polresta Tangerang,” terang Kabid Humas Polda Banten AKBP Shinto Silitonga saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Kamis 2 Desember 2021.
Dalam keterangannya Shinto mengatakan, penetapan tersangka terhadap RGS didasari dari hasil laporan korban yang merupakan istri tersangka berinisial LK (40) kepada polisi pada 1 Juni 2021 lalu.

Atas laporan itu, sambungnya, pihak kepolisian langsung melakukan penyidikan hingga akhirnya menetapkan RGS sebagai tersangka.
“Berdasarkan pengaduan tentang perkara KDRT seorang ibu rumah tangga berinisial LK,” imbuhnya
Atas penetapan status tersangka tersebut pihak penyidik dari Polresta Tangerang, Polda Banten, akan melakukan pemeriksaan lebih mendalam terhadap RGS.
